Dear Sir/Madam,
CASE DETAILS:I have joined a PSU in August 2017 through proper channel from another PSU ( which is a loss making company). As my previous company was a loss making company, revision of scale of pay is not expected.Meanwhile my basic was Rs 38160 in the sale of Rs 36600-3%-60600 before joining the current company. After implementation of new scales of pay, My basic has been fixed at initial basic of RS 90,000.
ANAMOLY:
. while I was drawing Rs 38160 in the scale of Rs 36600, now after revision my basic is fixed at starting basic of Rs 90,000.without any increments,
If two employees have joined with a basic of Rs 37000 and Rs 38000 in August 2017, will there be no change in the basic after revision of scales, will the basic of both employees be fixed at Rs 90000 after revision.
ASSUMPTIONS: No fitment benefit and no pay revision in previous company.
MAY KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE SOLUTION.
