Sir i have been working as Supdt cum manager since 2011 in the grade pay of Rs 4200 on promotion In 2017 the entry grade pay of Rs 2400 has been upgrade to 4200 from 2011 By then i claimed for the consequential benefit of up gradation of my grade PAY FROM 4200 TO 4800 BUT THE administration not yet listened my request Though i have addressed the issue to the national grievance portal no action yet taken from the either side where should i go for the justice !

I joined in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti ,under HRD ministry on 18/03/2000 in the pay scale 2610-60-3150-75, At the time of VI pay implementation I loss one increment of March month because of fitment table after adding one increment the basic is same . My 18 months juniors getting same salary. There is any option for this in VII pay, As I have economical loss please guide me in this regard

I am working as CDMS/GP 4600 in ER, my initial appointment was Feb/82 as clerk gr.II . My colleague (retired) was appointed in same post in April/82.I was overall senior to him. We both promoted to C.G.I & DMS at same time in equal pay. But I was promoted to present post in 2003 & my colleague was working then as DMS. In 6th CPC he got MACP in 2008 of GP 4600 and exceeded basic pay than me. In 2012 he was promoted to CDMS/GP4600. After his promotion I prayed for stepping up of pay to my authority but turned down as my colleague’s Basic Pay was higher than me due to MACP therefore stepping up rules did not hold good as per FR 22. As MACP policy does not have facility of stepping up, I have been victimized, even after over all senior. Can I get stepping up of pay with my colleague pay ? & How? Pl. suggest what to do.

I joined as LDC on March,2017 on compassionate ground. As per rule what time my Ist increment will be granted. Have I qualified of typing test.

As per 7th CPC CCL is extend to single male parents also but OM order not traced out. My wife died on Feb 2017 and two young daughters are fully depends upon me. If CCL is applicable to me please provide the above OM order.

Sir , my basic on 1 jan 2016 was 28700. Currently my basic was 29600. But i have get promotion on 1 april 2016.( dpc promotion ) then what is my current basic after pay fixation and increment date i.e.1 jan or 1 july.pls help

I regret to inform to everyone who so ever is connected with this problem. Hon’ble Supreme Court took decision long back and DOPT issued order on 23.06.2017 regarding restoration of full pension of those employees who had drawn full commutation and absorbed in CPSU. It was decided by the Government that the cases of revision of pensioners in the light of decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court should be given top priority since all absorbees are above the age of 75 years and comes in the category of super senior citizens. It is a matter of great shock hat Geological Survey of India, Northern Region Lucknow and Pay & Accounts Officer, GSI Lucknow did not take any pain to decide the matter and the fixation cases of all pensioners of Lucknow region are still pending whereas the pensioners of Hyderabad, Nagpur, Kolkata and Jaipur have already got payment. It is therefore urge upon to the concerned authorities that the issue may please be taken at top priority and please ensure that all pensioners get payment by the end of February,2018 if not earlier.

Sir, I worked as LDC in Central Govt., appointed in May 2013. I have applied to Upper Division Clerk exams (Direct Recruitment) thro Proper channel, and on selection i resigned my LDC post technically and joined new post / UDC on 20.01.2016?

In my case, when will be the Date of Next Increment? i.e either 1.7.2016 or 01.01.2017

Sir I am working at NSSO,DPC, M/O Statistics& PI, as Hindi Translator in the pay matrix level 11, As per DOPT order S.O.3578(E) Dt.9th November 2017, May the said order be applicable to me. Kindly clarify the matter on the basis of pay level and inform.

sir my MACP II is due in Janurary 2018/ But as per 7 th pay commission. APAR should be written at least with very good grading instead of Good which is in effect from. 25/7/2016. further As per DPC APAR prior to 05 years is be taken into account and in my case the APAR w.e.f. from from 2011- to March 2016. The aforesaid APAR has been written prior to 7th CPC .i.e. 6th CPC . Now the department has not given me MACP and it is requested to kindly help me for getting my financial benefit.

Sir please clear my doubt, some of candidate who selected under unreserved category in sac exam not SSC send list of candidates to user department and user department treat him as unreserved candidates and allote them far preference from their homestate, now they send representation to the DOPT that please provide us homestate what is reply about that case

Patient care allowance is allowed for pay level 6 to 9 as these posts are Group B Employees. Please clarify?

I am working at Min of defence as JSA (Clerk). I got this job after I retired from Army (Ex servicemen Quota). I put 18 years of service in the Army . Now I want to Know, can I get any addl increment for I worked as clerk in the Army . Please let men know what is rule for pay fixation for those who worked as a clerk in Force and got same job (clerk) in central government civil.
