I had tried to book a double bed room at Shimla on 8th and 9th November, 2017 through online on. After online payment through Master card No. 5296 1600 0157 6515 amounting Rs. 600/- the booking status is showing “your booking is not confirmed”. Hence I would like to request the same amount may kindly be returned to my account please.
