I will complete 04 years of service in Grade Pay 4800 in August 2016. As per existing rule/policy, I will be entitled for grade pay of 5400 from Sep. 2016. As per recommendations of 7th pay commission, Gr. Pay 4800 will come under Matrix 2. Now, my query is– will I get re-fixation of pay in Matrix 3 (which is for Gr. Pay 5400) after completion of 4 years of service in Gr. Pay 4800/- or will wait till MSAP ?
In the normal course, reised HRA on revised pay will be paid from the month of issue of orders by the Government as in the past. Since Government is yet to take a decision on revision of allowances, HRA will be paid at the same rates on the basic pay admissible in the pre-revised scale. Therefore, the calcultion shown above is not correct.
what about the pension calculation of non defence personal of 37400-67000 scale with GP 10000 say who have put in 10 years of service in this very grade.

I completed 21 years service and 8 years service in the persent as rank as Section Officers . Only single ACP and promotion received during 2006 and 2008repectively. I am also availed 5400 grade pay after completed 4years of service in the rank of section officer .
Am i entitled to grede pay 6600 please ?

How far pensioner are benefited?
Kindly say the percentage of GRP Ins. of GPF Holder and NPS holder at 7th CPC and on which basis (is it only on Basic pay or Basic + DA)
I have put in 38 years of service as Stenographer,PA,PS and Sr.PS but no benefit of 5400 grade pay. Why?
