I upgraded*/appointed (actually 06.02.1987) in Steno -II* in the sclae 1400-40-2300 wef 06.02.1989 and superannuated 31.01.2015. In this service period, I only given MACP on completion of 20 yrs of service i.e. from Aug 2008 and superannuated as Steno gde-II. I also given one advance increment for shorthand proficiency 100 wpm as +Personal Pay from 1992 without any affect of allowances as per oders of 5 CPC and @3% adv increment as per orders of 6CPC for all purposes incl pension. M depriving from ACP/Promotion on completion of 12 yers of service from dt of appt/upgradation i.e. 1987/1989.
May I get any valuable advice/help so that I can request for justice to a Sr citizen/pensioner for the huge financial loss every month/year. My mob No. 8777681516
