Sub: Child Care Leave (CCL) – Clarification reg.
In pursuance to the decision taken by the Government, the Ministry of Railways have decided that:
(i) An employee on CCL may be permitted to leave Head Quarters with the prior approval of appropriate Competent Authority.
(ii) An employee on CCL may proceed on foreign travel provided clearances from appropriate Competent Authorities are taken in advance.
2. There is no change as regards other terms and conditions of this leave.
