Sub: Finalization of Annual Sports Calendar for the year 2018-19 – reg

In continuance of letter of even no. dated 17.05.2018 on above subject and responses received from the Circles, appropriate amendments have been made to the annual sports calendar for the year 2018-19. Accordingly, the dates mentioned on the calendar have been approved by competent authority and are being provided for information and necessary action at your end.
2. Circles which have not yet finalized the dates are requested to finalize the date and communicate the same to this office by 15.06.2018
