In 2006 grade 2 and grade 1 charge man merged AF merged with foreman grade pay of Rs4600 not granted to me i am retaired 31-08-2007 plz reply

Can an indl be posted on probation if he is recommended in cg posting.

I am Rambhaj Sr. MRT posted in ESIC COMPLEX DELHI before circuler NO.22011/6/2013-Estt(D) Govt of India Dt. 28th May 2014. DPC were eligibility 1st jan or Ist April but may-2017 modified circuler DPC in is eligibility only !st Jan why .
sir it is homble requiest to kindly any modified circuler 2019 provied in shall be DPc eligibility 1St April

Meri joining May2013 ki he, jab 7cpc 2016 ME lagu huwa to meri besic 6310 thi or GP1900 THA TOTAL 8210 THA. Sir 7cpc me 2 option the par mere Pay office ne muze bataya nahi or mera option 1 kar diya , or muze arrear mila , par muze option 2 me fayada he, sir me mila huwa arrear MRO ke thru jama karke REVISED PAY FIXTION ho sakti he kya ,uska koi prawadhan/ letter hoga to please help me.

I retired on dated 30.04.2015 as Assistant Engineer in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800, Grade Pay of Rs. 4800, Pay Band-2. On account of 6th Pay Commission Report, I have been granted the Grade Pay Rs. 5400 on non-functional up-gradation on account of completion of my 4 years service in the cadre of Assistant Engineer and Grade Pay of Rs. 4800, which I completed before 31.12.2006.
As my basic PAY WAS Rs 12000 as on dated 01.01.2006 in the pay scale of 7500-12000 which the base point of revision of my pay on dated 01.01.2006 in accordance to the 6th Pay Commission Recommendation.
As my pay has to be fixed by multiplying the factor of 1.86 +3% increment. I request you to kindly intimate me the action pay, which is to be fixed in Grad pay of Rs. 5400, Pay Band-2 in non-function up-gradation and applicable pay scale for said Grad pay of Rs. 5400. I request you to kindly intimate me the pay which to be fixed on dated 01.01.2006. Thanking you

What will be faith of the authority who decline to abide by circular dated 13.03.2009 regarding govt. Servant unable to join on promotion on Sat and Sunday or Gazetted holiday issued by department of expenditure ministry of finance govt. Of india

Granted MACP on after 10yrs on 13/11/2008 with a grade pay 2400
Granted promotion on handicapped basis on 06/04/2018 approximately after next 10 years on the very same grade pay ie. 2400
No pay fixation is done
what shall i do
