CIRCULAR
Subject :- Empanelment of Diagnostic Centres / Hospitals in respect of Radiological and other related Super Speciality Diagnostics / Investigations for ESIC Beneficiaries in Delhi and Noida region including Greater Noida.
Sir / Madam,
In continuation of this office circulars of even no., dated – 28/03/2018 and 05/04/2018 & corrigendum dt- 09/04/2018, on subject cited above, The competent Authority has approved to issue a supplementary list in r/o empanelment of following Diagnostic Centre (Suraksha Diagnostic) as well as addition of services in previously empanelled centre(Capital X-Ray Clinic Pvt. Ltd). The period of empanelment is two years i.e. 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2020 as per details below.
