My husband Shri. Sarngadharan C retired SDE BSNL Alappuzha , While on a short visit to his sisters house at Ernakulam has collapsed at their residence and immediately taken to Lakeshore Hospital , Nettoor Ernakulam and admitted in Medical ICU on 3.06.2012 at 10.pm, At present also he is undergoing treatment in Medical ICU, and his condition is critical.

my friend working as Jr.Asst. in Survey & Land Records Department, Machilipatnam, he was applied E.L.on private affairs before one day submitted application to the office superintendent as the Assistant Director on tour. The AD has noted on attendance as EL and make in-charge arrangements also, further the AD has issued a memo to the applicant ” why should not take disciplinary action aganist you without taking prior permission form the higher authority” and stopped the salary for the leave period is it correct, pl. inform the rule postion.

My daughter reads in Graduate Engineering. As per Ministry of Railways Commercial Circular dated 30.05.2011 No. TCII/2010/09/Students/Policy, my daughter is elligible to get the free tickets from residence to college. But In Hindmotor Railway Station counter, railway person are non responsive.
I do not know where to speak.No one is giving any forms related to above Circular.
