Subject: Grant of financial upgradations to AAOs/PS under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme.
Reference is invited to DoP&T OM dated 19.05.2009 on the subject mentioned above. Para 6 of the OM ibid “the Screening Committee shall follow a time schedule and meet twice in a financial year — preferably in the first week of January and July of year for advance processing of the cases maturing in that half.”
Now the cases of those AAOs/PS have to be processed, who are eligible for grant of financial upgradation upto 30.09.2019.
In view of above, it is requested that all the Ministries/Departments may forward the cases of such AAOs/PS who are eligible for grant of financial upgradation upto 30.09.2019, in the enclosed proforma alongwith Service Book, complete CR Dossier upto 2016-17 and latest vigilance clearance certificate by 15.11.2018 positively.
This issues with the approval of Joint Controller General of Accounts.

°I Savitri Verma remind that I joined service in Maulana Azad Medical College on 19.3.1975 as a Jr Stenographer. Completed twelve year service in March 1987 ,promoted in 1997 as Sr.Stenographer without giving IST ACP of 12 yrs in 1987. Got second promotion in 2007 As Sr PA after completion of my 32 yrs service. I completed 30 yrs in 2005. I am not given benefit of two ACP And the pay fixation on promotion.
Name Savitri Verma retired on 30.6.2009 as Ex. PS(Sr.PA). Of Home Secretary GNCT Delhi & Date of joining in service is 19.3.1975 joined as Jr Stenographer in Maula Azad Medical College. I got first promotion in 1997. NOt given the benefit of first Financial Upgradation on completion of 12 year service in 19.3.1987. Second promotion was given in the year 2007. Only the benefit of second financial up gradation completion of 24 years was given in 1999. 3rd financial Upgradation after completion of 30 yrs in service was due from 19.3.2005 in level 9.
