I want the clarification, whether I am eligible for MACP II in GP 4200 on 13.07.2014, if I declined PM Grade I Promotion, or else If i accept PM Grade I Promotion, whether I am eligible for one increment of 3% in GP 2800 and subsequently for one increment @ 3% on 01.07.2014 and again in GP 4200/- one increment.

Sir, my MACP is due w.e.f. Sept. 2009 for which CR grading from 2004-05 to 2008-09 are essential. Whereas during 2006-07 and 2007-08 I have availed the Leave without pay on medical grounds and my leave has been regularised by the competent authority. I have been paid the increments for those two years after regularisation of my leave. But the immediate incharge has not given any grading to me in my CR for the year 2006-07 and 2007-08 and mentioned as ‘NO GRADING’ due to which the Screening Committee has not considered my MACP. Even after my request the concerned officer refused to give any grading to me and could not get MACP benefit. Sir, please guide me in this regard.
Dear KD singh
the department has deducted your First ACP wrongly and thus affected your second ACP and further the recovery done is wrong you can challenge this in the court of law

Sir, why is there an inordinate delay in issuing the DOPT order as per the Supreme Court Judgement on MACP cases of Central Government Employees. Is there any further way to break through this and get the benefits.
are adhoc personnels eligible for acp. if yes then what will their date of acp, joining or conformation date!
Dear Sir,
It is not Understand that even after order of Supreme Court that MACP must be granted as per promotional herierchy not as per grade pay herierchy.
Why govt of india/DOPT/UPSC is not issuse the order on the above issuse.
Sir,
The matter of financial upgradation of clerical cadre under MACP scheme as per CAT Chandigarh Bench/High Court of Punjab & Haryana is to be considered by Govt. of India as SLP filed by Govt. of India in Apex Court has been dismissed. The matter has been sent to DOPT through PMO office but the exact status is not known. All LDC/UDC throughout India suffered may represent to Govt. for early issuance of revised order.
2. The Govt. has issued several orders for Adhoc promotions in all cadres of Central Secretariate cadre and also order for UDC(NFSG)recently. The same provisions required to be made for all central govt. employees as they are adversely affected for their promotional& financial benefits. All central govt employees other than central secretariate may unitedly fight for the same benefits through repeated representations/agitations and in other democratic way.
As SUPREME COURT Ordered “THAT MACP MUST BE GRANTED AS PER PROMOTIONAL HERIRERCHY NOT WITH GRADE PAY HERIRERCHY”
SO it is my humble request to DOPT and UPSC and GOVT OF INDIA that above ORDER of SUPREME COURT must be followed without fail and without much delay.
because all the CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYESS OF PB-I and PB-II of various minsrties and various DEPT. are waited for the above decesions from DOPT ,UPSC or From Govt of india.
My request to all the unions and fedration and association of various dept of central govt that they must come strongly and unitedly for the above said issuse
and give necessary JUSTICE to all the central govt employess of PB-I and PB-II cadre.
thanks to all.
JAI HIND,JAI BHARAT,VANDE MATARAM.
