Sir, I Rtd. on 30-6-2010 as SPOs. with GP Rs. 4800/-. But, in 7th CPC, it was upgraded to Rs. 5400/-w.e.f 1-1-2016. All benfits were given except GP and fixed Pay notionally. Why I am not entitled for upgraded Gp. The SPOs of income tax Pre pens, upgraded GP was given & MOE & F clarified all pre-2016 are entitle for upgraded GP. Kindly furnish ruling position.
mujhe 2012 me macp mila tha jisme sirf vitiy labh diya gaya post nahi badla gaya ,ab 2018 me bibhag me promotion ho rha hai to mujhe sirf post ka name ka promotion diya ja rha hai vitiy labh nahi kya ye sahi hai?
I joined on compassionate Ground in 1974 in ex cadre post ( equivalent to ldc) in the basic pay of then 260. I retired in 2017 in pay grade 4600 level seven. I got my first promotion on Dec.1976 in the pay scale 330 , 2nd promotion in 1986 in the pay scale of 1260 and 3rd promotion in 1992 in the pay scale 1640 and 4th promotion was in 1999 in the pay scale 6500- 10500 Grade pay 4600. Keeping in view the mergers of various pay scale. Keeping in view New pay scale have been introduced for cess cadre I.e 7450.I may clarify i am non css employees. Keeping in view mergers I just want to know whether my pay will be fixed in the pay slab of 6500 or in the pay slab of 7450. A line of reply is appreciated
I retired from army in 1990 after completing 20 years service with 20% disability attributed to service ,the disability is permanent for life. but from 1990 to 31-12-2015 broadbanding (50% disability)has not given to me .please let me know what can I do?
After completing 30 yrs&01 month service in KVS I retired on 31july 2004 as Principal. My pension is fixed Rs.13345pm after 6th cpc.I am not given the benefit of delinking of revised pension from qualifying service.Why?

Open Selection (LDC) : 25.10.2000 as a LDC in the Pay Scale of Rs. 3050-4590
(same pay scale as that of Attendant. LDC pay scale of Rs. 3050-4590 was revised to Rs. 3200-4900 with change in designation to Junior Assistant wef May, 1998.
Last Assessment : 01.11.2011 as a Senior Assistant in the Pay Scale of
Rs. 4500-7000 (revised in VI CPC 5200-20200 GP 2800)
Last Assessment was carried out wef 1.11.2011 after completion of 20 years and 07 months service in the same grade pay/Basic Scale without any financial upgradation/assessment.
Please look into this matter and give appropriate answer because he already completed more than 35 years service and allow only two financial upgradaion i.e. 1.4.1991 and 1.11.2011, what is next financial upgradation time

मै जून 2016 P. T. I. पद पर चयनित हुआ हूँ। दो साल बाद सथाइकरण के बाद मेरा बेसिक 33800 पर किया है।क्या ये नियमानुसार सही है

HE SHOULD BE GIVEN 3RD MACP W.E.F 2013 AFTER COMPLETION OF 30 YEARS.
Why pre 2016 pensioners are deprived in getting bunching benefits ?
Read dop &ow letter dated 18 Jan 2019.it clarified that on pension bunching not allowed.it is only on serving employees
