  1. Above Calculation is wrong, after Pay revision new basic is calculated as under:

    (BASIC ON 1st JAN 2026+DA ON 1st JAN 2026) x FITMENT FACTOR DECIDED BY GOVT. (Last Year 15%)= NEW BASIC (Rounded to 100 Rupees).
    It will be New Basic, then

    NEW BASIC x Increment 3%(it may be revised to high or Low as per Govt.) from 1st Jan.2026= NEW REVISED BASIC.

    Fitment factor 15% (it may be same sine Govt given this laste time and recently Given to banking Enployee 7.5%+7.5% (each Five Years)
    DA will be Zero from 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026

    Example:
    for Basic ₹44,900
    44900+60% of 44900=71840
    71840×15%=10776
    Total= 71840+10776= 82616
    Increment 3%
    If Increment date from 1st January, NEW BASIC = 82616+2478= 85094, Rounded to 100 =₹85100
    If Increment date from 1st July, NEW BASIC = 82616, Rounded to 100 =₹82700
