SUB: DISABILITY AND CIIILD CARE ALLOWANCE TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES.
In partial modification of the earlier OM No. FM.7/2010/28 Dated 19th April, 2017 issued in pursuance of the Government Resolution on the report of the 7th Assam Pay and Productivity Pay Commission and the report of the committee vide Notification No.FPC.1/2017/Pt/1 dtd 17th March, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to insert the following new Para:
Para-d,1 : The provision at Para-d1 is relaxed for the existing employees in .service since they have already been appointed on the basis of certificate from appropriate authority. However, this provision shall be applicable as per OM. FM.7/2010/28 dated 19-04-2017 to the newly appointed employees.
The other terms. & conditions will remain same as per OM No FM FM.7/2010/28 dated 19-04-2017.
This will come into force w.e.f 01/04/2016.
