It seems to be Central government autonomous organizations are going to have problems releasing funds such as grants, da,bonus,7th CPC, arrears,pension.
bjp government planning to implement PPP system public private partnership or else disinvestment. This year diwali for autonomous employees are so dark,
We hope we can fight for rights.

So far releasing of 7cpc there is a lot of confusion to employees for calculations,arrears,etc.
