CAT Bench in Andhra Pradesh

Will the Minister of
PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Government has taken note that the absence of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bench in Andhra Pradesh causes great inconvenience to many petitioners as they have to travel to Hyderabad in Telangana for resolution of their disputes;
(b) whether the Government is aware that Visakhapatnam is ideal for a new CAT Bench as it has many Central Government offices wherein many Government employees work;
(c) whether the Government has considered the establishment of a CAT Bench in Visakhapatnam or anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (d): The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bench located in Hyderabad continues to serve the central government employees in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
