DA Calculation Sheet: The DA for Central Government Employees was earlier calculated based on the consumer price index with the base year 2001. The Central Government replaced it with a new consumer price index with the base year 2016 to calculate the DA from September 2020.

This time calculation says that if no any increase occurred in next 6 months in AICPIN the 7% increase in expected DA of Jan-2014 is confirm.

We hope that the additional dearness allowance from December 2013 for Central Government Employees and Pensioners may be equal or more than 10%. Expected DA from Jan 2014 may be 100%. Wait for some more months!

why not H R A to retired postal/central govt employees who are compelled/bound to reside in rented house with their old spouse.(2)why only fixed medical allowance @Rs 300/- per month where only consultation fee of a doctor is not less than Rs 500/-
