It has been further clarified by MHA vide UO No.II-27012/38/CF-3396701/2017-PF-I dated 06/03/2018 that the new guidelines extend full Free Railway Warrant to all CAPFs personnel serving in field/high altitude/Counter-Insurgency Operations (CI Ops) areas in a year without imposing conditions of death, illness, marriage etc. The said OMs supersedes all previous orders on the subject including provision contained in Para No.8 of Standing Order No.08/2002.
