Instead of issuing orders and tables for payment of arears of pensioners delinking condition of 33 years, Department of Ex-Serviceman Welfare is busy in planning Tour Package and program, whereas all central govt employees had already been paid long before. What a fallacy? Is it Department of Ex-Serviceman Welfare or Department of Ex-Serviceman Non-Welfare?
What a tour package at the cost of public and best hospitality in Defence Commissioned Officer’s Mess? Outcome of this extravagant tour will be Double Zero for JCOs, SNCOs and NCOs of Army/Air Force/ Navy. I can bet everything will be in favour of Commissioned Officers only.
Karmchari neta OROP FOR CIVILIANS ke mudde par to chuppi saadh kar baithe hain. Pensioners welfare unions bhi maun hain. Sarkar bhi kuchh nahi bolti.
