My question is the pay commission benefits are available to the employees / pensioners evry after 10 years if yes why not to pensioner who have attended office on 31.12.2015 please inform

I retired in June 1993. The scale of pay was 6500-10500 with grade pay 4200/-. Subsequently the scale of pay and grade pay were changed to 7500-12000 with grade pay as 4800/-
Now while revising pension the accounts officer raised doubt whether the benefit of upgradation of pay scales and grade pay of 7500-1200 and gp 4800/- can be given while considering notional pay as on 1.1.16. Kindly clarify.

Sir, when we, under the employer of central university, may get the effect of 7th pay commission to our pay scales and allowances.

My pay is lower than my junior due to MACP to him in the month of September 2008 whereas Iwas promoted in April 2008. Has any solution recommended by pay commission to remove this anamoly.

As per 7th CPC employees drawing grade pay of 4800 will be upgraded to grade pay of 5400 after completion of four years of service as on 01.03.2017. Please let me know now what will be the basic pay. whether I have to give an option for increment or not?

Sir, i was retired on 31.12.2015 but my pension simply multiply by 2.57 as declared in 7cpc, sir i am eligible to get all the benefit of 7 cpc from 01.01.2016 or my pension may be revised. Please do needful and oblised.

Govt.is keeping silence on DR for pensioners of autonomous. bodies opposition is busy with election in states. Pensioners/ sr citizen are ignored.pl.convey this to concerned department vis a vis to all hon’ble MP.
