  2. What is the effective DA for calculating Gratuity and E/L encashment if one retires on 30.06.2016. is it calculated July 2016 DA or not ?

  3. Sir,
    1. Refer to PCDA pension Circular No 415, 430, 501, 547, 549, 555, 566, 568 and 578 for revision of pension of pre-2006 Honorary Nb Sub and Post retirees Hav ACP 1 wef 01 Jan 2006.

    2. Consequent implementation of 6th CPC all these Havildars ACP 1 are getting pension of regular Nb Sub wef 01 Jan 2006 whereas pre-2006 Honorary Nb Sub are depriving from the enhanced benefits from the date ibid why? It is presumed that only post-2006 retirees are FAUJI and pre-2006 retirees are useless in their eyes besides the justification is treated as pre-2006 retirees are step-brother and post-2006 retirees are own friends. If not what is the problem to treat equal to both of them?

  7. I was retired in GP 7600 with basic pension Rs 35520 on 30/06/2011. My revised pension as per DOPPW order will be Rs 45700. If my GP was Rs6600 then my pension would have beeb fixed at Rs 46900 and GP 5400 corresponded to Rs 46500. Why increase of GP leads to decrease of pension. Is it not annamoly in Matrix Table.

  9. Sir
Due to health problem i have taken VR w.e.f., 30-11-2002 ( D.O.A, 28-10-1978) . I was in scale 5500-175-9300 and my basic pay was Rs.6275/- ( 7 increments drawn in that scale) as OS/Gr.II. My pension was revised last year and was fixed as Rs.7215/- (Basic pension & less commutation 1163/- my Residual pension was Rs.6052) in 6th pc. accordingly my 7th pc pension was fixed as Rs.18543/- ( i.e.., 7215 x 2.57= 18542.55) . I have understood another final revision of pension is about to take place giving the weightage of increments + grade pay for which some matrix has been released. Is it so ? if yes, i request your good self to kindly forward that matrix ( fixation of Basic pension in 6th & 7th pay commission for those retired prior to 01-01-2006 ) so that i can know what will be my pension & what arrears i will be getting and also i can guide other co-pensioners too as a service to fellowmen. Hope you will be surely helping me with the Matrix for which my advance Thanks to you sir.

    With Warm Regards

  10. Despite so many orders issued by the DOPT to revise the pension to pre 2016 retirees,no action has been taken by the ministries.now the target date given as on 16/8/17
Matrix tables are ready, just to revise notionally as per the table
The difference is anything between RS 93 to 950 per month
If government claims it costs the exchequer RS 5031 crores.
    Any one can contradict
