DA Calculation Sheet

DA Calculation Sheet: The DA for Central Government Employees was earlier calculated based on the consumer price index with the base year 2001. The Central Government replaced it with a new consumer price index with the base year 2016 to calculate the DA from September 2020.

  2. No reason and justification for not paying DA to Senior citizens.Today’s scenerio is not like financial emergency so why apply emergency like situation which prevailed in seventies.

  4. Is there any respite for central government and retired central government pensioners.Will they see the dawn of DA and DR.?

  6. DA from Jan 2020 must be released as the Senior citizens getting pension are in troubles to meet their day to day expenses . Respect the old persons. It may be taken seriously

  7. Very pertinent question asked by one of our participants. Central Government employees calculation of DA is 12months average periods so here due to change of base year we are not getting 12months average data. As new AICPN are divisible by 2.
    88=and that to from September 2020 So to get new Denominator which is likely 116.25 DA on January 2020 will be zero but since DA on July 2020is24 percnt

  9. We as citizens should participate in countries problem. But we are only speaking about our personal loss. It’s not Government but also us to bear the burden

  10. GST collections at an all-time high level…. stock market is at an all-time high level… when the economy is back on track.. what is the reason for still stopping the DA??

  11. From 01.01.2021, total dearness allowance will be 28% and from 01.07.2021 will be 32%. But still I have doubt in my mind that whether the Govt ruling the country will be de-freeze the order to reinstate the DA to the employees particularly the poor pensioners or not.

  12. सरकारी कर्मचारियों के संगठन में आवाज उठाने की हिम्मत ही नही बची है। सरकार अपनी मर्जी से सैलरी भी देगी अब।

  18. Govt has freezed without any emergency declaration and adamined on a wrong way. They are feeling shame on their part and don’t want to unfreeze it. So no hope in July 21 but our calculations will continue.

  19. BHURE LAL PAL SAYS IN ADVANCE DA/DR INCREASED BY 4% FROM JULY 2020 TO JANUARY 2021 IT MEANS 28% FROM JANUARY 2021 WILL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL CIVILIANS AND DEFENCE PERSONNELS CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES
