ORDER

In the Office Memoranda cited above, Government of India sanctioned revised rate of Dearness Allowance / Dearness Relief to Central Government employees, Pensioners and Family Pensioners with effect from 01/07/2017. On the basis of the above, the following orders are issued:

2.(i) The rate of Dearness Allowance payable in respect of State Government Employees, Teachers, Staff of Aided Schools, Private Colleges and Polytechnics, Full Time Employees borne on the contingent and work charged establishments and employees of Local Bodies will be enhanced from the existing rate of 14% to 15% w.e.f 01.07.2017.

(ii) The Dearness Allowance payable in respect of those employees continuing in the pre-revised scale of G.O (P) No.85/2011/Fin dated 26.02.2011 will be enhanced from the existing rate of 109% to 112 % w.e.f. 01.07.2017.

(iii) The Dearness Allowance payable in respect of those employees continuing in the pre-revised scale of G.O (P) No.145/2006/Fin dated 25.03.2006 will be enhanced from the existing rate of 255% to 259 % w e.f. 01.07.2017.

(iv) The Dearness Allowance payable in respect of teachers coming under UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Schemes (in whose case DA up to 50% has been converted as Dearness Pay) will be enhanced from the existing rate of 264% to 268% w.e.f. 01.07.2017.

(v) The Dearness Allowance payable in respect of the teaching staff coming under UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Schemes who have changed over to revised UGC/AICTE scale from 01.01.2006 or thereafter and Judicial Officers will be enhanced from the existing rate of 136% to 139% w e.f. 01.07.2017.

(vi) The Dearness Allowance payable to those employees who are continuing in the 1997 pay scales even after 01.07.2017 will be enhanced from the existing rate of 314% to 318% w e.f. 01.07.2017 (up to the date of effect of option under Pay Revision 2014).

(vii) The Dearness Allowance payable to those employees in Public Sector Undertakings who were getting pay and allowances based on the scales of pay admissible under 1992 Pay Revision will be enhanced as follows with effect from 01.07.2017.

Kerala Government Employees

(viii) The Dearness Allowance at the enhanced rate will be paid in cash along with arrears for the period from 01/07/2017 to 31/05/2018 with the salary for the month of June 2018. It is applicable to those employees continuing in the pre- revised scale even after 2014 Pay Revision, and even after 1996 UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Scheme.

(ix) The enhanced rate of Dearness Allowance will also be applicable to Part-time and Part-time contingent employees on the basis of pay drawn by them.

(x) The Dearness Relief payable to State Service Pensioners, Family Pensioners, Ex-gratis Pensioners / Ex-gratia Family pensioners (whose pension/family pension has been revised as per G.Q. (P) No 09/2016/Fin, dated 20.01.2016) will be enhanced from the existing rate of 14% to 15% with effect from 01.07.2017.

(xi) Re-employed pensioners whose pay has been revised as per G.O(P) No. 2/17/Fin dated 04/01/2017 are eligible for payment of DA at the enhanced rate of 15% w.e.f 01/07/2017 as admissible to State Government Employees and they are eligible for this enhanced rate of DA based on a general letter of authority issued by the Accountant General.

(xii) The Dearness Relief payable to State Service Pensioners and Family Pensioners (whose pension/family pension has not undergone revision as per G.O. (P) No.09/2016/Fin, dated 20.01.2016) will be enhanced from the existing rate of 109% to 112% with effect from 01.07.2017.

(xiii) The Dearness Relief payable to State Service Pensioners and Family Pensioners whose pension/family pension has not undergone revision as per G.O. (P) No.87/2011/Fin dated 28.02.2011, and also to the Pensioners/Family Pensioners coming under UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Schemes (who retired prior to 01.07.2004 and whose family pension has been revised as per G.O.(P) No.81/2007/Fin, dated 28.02.2007 and whose pension has not undergone revision as per G.O.(P) No. 211/2011/Fin dated 07/05/2011), will be enhanced from the existing rate of 255% to 259% with effect from 01.07.2017.

(xiv) The Dearness Relief payable to retired State Judicial Officers (who are drawing Dearness Relief at central rates and whose pension or family pension has not been revised as per G.O. (Ms) No. 236/10/Home dated 02.11.2010) and the Pensioners/Family Pensioners, coming under the category UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Schemes (who retired after 01.07.2004 and whose pension/ family pension has been revised as per G.O.(P) No.84/2007/Fin dated 01.03.2007 and has not undergone revision as per GO (P) No. 211/2011 Fin dated 7/5/2011) will be enhanced from the existing rate of 264% to 268% w e.f. 01.07.2017.

(xv) The Dearness Relief payable in respect of Ex-Chairman and Members of Kerala Public Service Commission, will be enhanced as follows w.e.f. 01.07.2017.

Kerala Government Employees

(xvi) (a) The Dearness Relief payable in respect of Ex-Chairmen/other Members of Kerala Public Service Commission, whose pension has not undergone revision as per G.O. (Ms.) No.339/2013/GAD dated 30.11.2013, will be enhanced as follows with effect from 01.07.2017

Kerala Government Employees

(xvii) The rate of Dearness Relief payable to the teaching staff coming under UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Streams who have changed over to revised UGC/AICTE scale from 1.1.2006 and those who retired after 1.1.2006 and that to the State Judicial Officers whose pension has been revised as per G.O (Ms) No.236/2010/Home dated 02.11.2010, will be enhanced from the existing rate of 136% to 139% w.e.f. 01.07.2017. This rate will be adopted only after the formal sanctioning of revision of their pension in terms of G.O. (P) No.211/2011/Fin dated 07.05.2011. The teaching staff coming under the UGC / AICTE / Medical Education Streams who have retired prior to 01.01.2006 and whose pension has been revised in terms of G.O.(P) No.211/2011/Fin dated 07.05.2011 will also be eligible for Dearness Relief at the above rate.

(xviii) The Dearness Relief payable in respect of the State Service Pensioners/Family Pensioners whose pension has not undergone revision as per G.O.(P) No.180/2006/Fin. dated 18.04.2006 and who are drawing pension family pension as per pension revision 1997, and in respect of Pensioners / Family Pensioners coming under UGC / AICTE / Medical Education Schemes whose pension has not undergone revision as per G.O.(P) No.81/2007/Fin, dated 28.02.2007 or G.O.(P) No.84/2007/Fin. dated 1.3.2007 will be enhanced from the existing rate of 314% to 318% w.e.f. 01.07.2017. This will be applicable only till such date of effect of option for Pension Revision 2004, after which the Dearness Relief payable will be as indicated in pars 2 (xiii) above and after the date of effect of option for Pension Revision 2009, Dearness Relief will be payable as indicated in pars 2 (xii) above.

3. The enhanced rate of Dearness Relief due from 01.07.2017 will be paid along with the pension for July 2018 and arrears from July 2017 to June 2018 will be released in cash along with the pension for July 2018 .

4.The conditions laid down in the G.O. read as 5th above shall be applicable while regulating Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief under these orders.

Subject: Grant of financial upgradations under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme.

Reference is invited to this office OM No. A-26011/20/MACPS/2017/ MF.CGA(A)/NGE/39 dated 13th April, 2018 and its subsequent reminders of even no. 110 dated 31.05.2018 and 162 dated 4.06.2018 vide which Ministries/Departments were requested to forward the cases of such AAOs/PS who are eligible for grant of financial upgradation upto 31.03.2019, in the enclosed proforma alongwith Service Book, complete CR Dossier upto 2016-17 and latest vigilance clearance certificate respectively by 15.05.2018 & 31.05.2018 and 11.06.2018.

In this regard, it is stated that the requisite information is yet to be received from the Ministries/Departments mentioned below.

In view of above, it is requested that the matter may please be expedited and the cases of eligible AAOs/PS may be forwarded in the enclosed proforma alongwith Service Book, complete CR Dossier upto 2016-17 and latest vigilance clearance certificate by 19.06.2018 ‘positively. In case of NIL information the same may also be furnished.

Subject:- Revision of pension of pre-01.01.2016 State pensioners / family pensioner etc.

Attention is invited to clause (ii) of para 4 of FD Memorandum No. F.12(6)FD/Rules/2017 dated 30.10.2017 as amended vide Memorandum of even number dated 09.12.2017 in which it has been provided that revision of pension / family pension w.e.f 01.01.2016 in respect of pensioners/ family pensioner who retired / died prior to 01.01.2016 will be made by notionally fixing their pay in the Level in the Pay Matrix corresponding to the pay in the Pay Scale / Running Pay Band and Grade Pay at which they retired / died. In this regard, detailed orders / instructions will be issued separately.

2. Accordingly, the matter has been considered and the Governor is pleased to order that the revised pension/family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016 in respect of all pensioners / family pensioners who retired / died prior to 01.01.2016, may be revised by notionally fixing their pay in the Level in the Pay Matrix prescribed under Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 corresponding to the pay in the Pay Scale/ Running Pay Band and Grade Pay at which they retired/died. This will be done by notional pay fixation under each revision of Pay Scale from time to time. While fixing the pay on notional basis, the pay fixation formulae approved by the Government and other relevant instructions on the subject in force at the relevant time shall be strictly followed. 50% of the notional pay as on 01.01.2016 shall be the revised pension and 30% of this notional pay shall be the revised family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016. In the case of family pensioners who were entitled to family pension at enhanced rate, the revised family pension shall be 50% of the notional pay as on 01.01.2016 and shall be payable till the period up to which family pension at enhanced rate is admissible as per rules. The amount of revised pension/family pension so arrived at shall be rounded off to next higher rupee.

3. It has also been decided that higher of the two Formulations i.e. the pension / family pension already revised in accordance with the FD Memorandum No. F. 12(6)FD/Rules/2017 dated 30.10.2017 as amended vide Memorandum of even number dated 09.12.2017 or the revised pension/family pension as worked out in accordance with para 2 above, shall be granted to pre-2016 pensioners as revised pension/family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016. In cases where pension/family pension payable w.e.f. 01.01.2016 in accordance with FD Memorandum No. F.12(6)FD/Rules/2017 dated 30.10.2017 as amended vide Memorandum of even number dated 09.12.2017 happens to be more than pension/family pension as worked out in accordance with para 2 above, the pension/family pension already being paid shall be treated as revised pension/family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

4. The pension/family pension as worked out in accordance with provisions of Para 2 and 3 above shall be treated as ‘Basic Pension’ with effect from 01.01.2016. The revised pension/family pension shall qualify for grant of Dearness Relief sanctioned after 01.01.2016. The existing instructions regarding regulation of dearness relief to employed/re-employed pensioners/family pensioners, as contained in Rule 77 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996 as amended from time to time, shall continue to apply.

5. Concordance tables for fixation of notional pay and pension / family pension of employees who retired/died in various pay scales / grades on or after 01.09.1981 and Pay Matrix have been prepared and the same are enclosed herewith as Appendix-‘A’, `B’, `C’ and `D’ as under.

  1. Appendix – A-I contains Table No. 1 to 13. These tables shall be applicable to those employees retired / died upto 30.06.2013.
  2. Appendix – A-II contains Table No. 14 to 30. These tables shall be applicable to those employees retired / died upto 31.12.2015
  3. Appendix – B contains Table No. 1 to 7. These tables shall be applicable to those employees who retired / died upto 30.06.2013
  4. Appendix – C contains Table No. 1 to 12. These tables shall be applicable to those employees who retired / died on or after 01.07.2013 and upto 31.12.2015.
  5. Table No. 1 to 7 of Appendix – B are based on the Pay Matrix for Grade Pay for which Pay Level has not been prescribed under RCS (RP) Rules, 2017. The Pay Matrix for these tables are contained in Appendix – `D’ appended to this order.

6. In the case of those employees who retired/died before 01.09.1981, these concordance tables may be used based on their notional pay as on 01.09.1981.

7. These concordance tables have been prepared to facilitate revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners. Due care has been taken to prepare these concordance tables based on the fitment tables for fixation of pay prescribed in the pay scale revised from time to time since 01.09.1981 and onwards. In case of any inconsistency in the concordance tables vis-a-vis the relevant rules/instructions, the notional pay and pensionlfamily pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners may be fixed in accordance with the rules/instructions applicable for fixation of pay in the respective pay scale rules.

8. In case the original pension was allowed on proportionate basis due to period of service less than the qualifying service required for grant of full pension, in such cases the pension revised as above shall also be proportionately revised. In such cases the maximum qualifying service shall be applicable which was in force at the time of retirement of the concerned Government Servant.

9. The applicability of Tables appended to this Memorandum shall be determined with reference to the pay scale / RPB and Grade Pay which was admissible to the Government Servant at the time of retirement / death while in service and corresponding Pay Level applicable under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 and Appendix `D’ appended to this order.

10. In case a Government servant was in receipt of Personal Pay at the time of retirement / death while in service and that Personal Pay was counted as emoluments for the purpose of grant of pension / family pension that amount of Personal Pay may also be taken into account for the purpose of fixation of pay in the next revision of pay scale and fixation of pay shall be as per provisions of relevant pay scale rules for revision of pension.

11. Government servants retired from a post while drawing special pay and that special pay was counted as emoluments for calculation of existing pension / family pension in such cases the special pay prescribed for the post as on 01.01.2016 under Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 shall be included in notional pay calculated as on 01.01.2016 for the purpose of revision of pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

12. In the case of existing pensioners/family pensioners of the age of 80 years and above, the revision of additional pension payable to them shall be made on the basis of revised pension / family pension under this order. On revised additional pension / family pension Dearness Relief at the revised rate will be payable from time to time.

13. These orders would not be applicable for the purpose of revision of pension of those pensioners who were drawing compulsory retirement pension under Rule 53 and 53A or compassionate allowance under Rule 43 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996. The pensioners in these categories would continue to be entitled to the revised pension in accordance with the instructions contained in this FD Memorandum No. F. 12(6)FD/Rules/2017 dated 30.10.2017 as amended vide Memorandum of even number dated 09.12.2017.

14. Since the consolidated pension will be inclusive of commuted portion of pension, if any, the commuted portion will be deducted from the said amount while making monthly disbursements.

15. No arrears on account of revision of Pension/Family pension on notional fixation of pay will be admissible for the period prior to 1.1.2016. The revision of pensionlfamily pension in terms of these orders for the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016 shall be on notional basis and arrear of pension/family pension shall be payable from 01.01.2017 after adjusting the payment of pension/family pension made under FD Memorandum No. F. 12(6)FD/Rules/2017 dated 30.10.2017 as amended vide Memorandum of even number dated 09.12.2017.

16. The pensioner / family pensioner including pensioner / family pensioner drawing pension outside the State shall make request to the authority issued pension payment order in the proforma enclosed with this order. It shall be the responsibility of the Pension Department to revise the pension/ family pension of pre – 2016 pensioners/ family pensioners with effect from 01.01.2016 in accordance with these orders and to issue a revised pension payment authority. The revised authority of PPO / FPPO will be issued under existing PPO / FPPO Number.

17. These orders shall apply to all pensioners/family pensioners who were drawing pension/family pension before 1.1.2016 under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996. A pensioner / family pensioner who became entitled to pension/family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016 consequent on retirement / death of Government servant on 31.12.2015, would also be covered by these `orders.

18. The pension of pre-2016 pensioners / family pensioners may be revised w.e.f. 01.01.2016 in accordance with the instructions contained in this Memorandum and using the concordance tables enclosed as Appendix `A’, `B’ and `C’. The revised authority of PPO / FPPO will be issued under existing PPO / FPPO Number.

19. The pensioner / family pensioner shall request to the Director / Joint Director, Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare Department, Rajasthan, as the case may be, for revision of his / her pension / family pension in the proforma enclosed as Appendix `E’.

20. Non-accrual of Arrears.- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, no arrear of Pension and Dearness Relief thereon, shall accrue to a pensioner/family pensioner, between 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016 (both days inclusive), for the period upto 31.12.2016.

21. Payment of Arrear.- The arrear to the pensioner/family pensioner for the period from 01.01.2017 to 30.09.2017 shall be payable in three installments in the ratio of 30, 30 and 40. The first, second and third installment shall be payable on or after 01.06.2018, 01.07.2018 and 01.10.2018 respectively.

Provided that in case of death of pensioner/ family pensioner, as the case may be, the entire amount of arrear shall be paid in cash.

Subject: Grant of special increment in the form of personal pay to Central Government Servants for participation in sporting events and tournaments of National or International importance, in the 7th CPC Scenario- reg.

Subsequent to the implementation of the recommendations of the 7th CPC and issuance of CCS(RP) Rules 2016, the system of running Pay Bands and Grade Pays have been replaced by pay matrix. Accordingly, in partial modification of this Department’s OM No. 6/1/2013-Estt.(Pay-I) dated 19.09.2013, the President is pleased to revise the rates of special increment granted in the form of personal pay to Central Government Servants, for participation in sporting events and tournaments of National or International importance, as indicated in Column 5 of Annexure to this Office Memorandum.

2. The revised rates and these guidelines will be effective from 01.07.2017.

3. In respect of the Government Servants who are already getting the special increments as Personal Pay in accordance with this Department’s OM dated 19.09.2013, the rates for them have also been revised as per Column 5 of the Annexure to this Office Memorandum. The rate of revised Personal Pay to these Government servants is to be granted based on the Grade Pay attached to the post in which they were placed at the time of participating in the sporting event for which they are getting special increment as Personal Pay.

3.1. Illustration: (a):

Grade Pay at the time of participating in sporting event : ₹ 2000/-
Personal Pay granted on the basis of OM dated 19.09.2013 : ₹ 210/-
Revised Personal Pay w.e.f. 01.07.2017 : ₹ 480/-

3.2. Illustration: (b):

Grade Pay at the time of participating in sporting event : ₹ 4200/-
Personal Pay granted on the basis of OM dated 19.09.2013 : ₹ 400/-
Revised Personal Pay w.e.f. 01.07.2017 : ₹ 900/-

4. The Central Government servants who become eligible for grant of special increment in the form of personal pay on or after 01.07.2017, shall be entitled to the Personal Pay prescribed in Column (5) of the Annexure to this OM, corresponding to the level of the post in the Pay Matrix [indicated in Column (4)], in which the Government Servant is placed at the time of participating in the sporting event.

4.1. Illustration :

5. This Personal Pay shall not count for any service matters like pay fixation on promotion, retirement benefits or any other allowances like HRA etc.

6. The entitled Central Government servant should claim the benefits within six months from the date of completion of the overall sporting event.

7. All the other terms and conditions governing the subject matter shall remain unchanged and will continue to apply.

8. In so far as persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department are concerned, these orders are issued with the concurrence of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

ADMISSION OF STUDENTS TO CLASS-XI AGAINST VACANT SEATS DURING THE SESSION 2018-19

As envisaged in National Policy of Education (NEP), 1986, Govt. of India has set up co-educational, fully residential institutions named Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in 35 States/ UTs excluding Tamil Nadu. At present, 629 such Vidyalayas are functional in the country.

The main objective of these Vidyalayas is to provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture, inculcation of moral values, awareness of the environment, adventure activities and physical education to the talented children predominantly from the rural areas, irrespective of their family’s socio-economic condition. It is proposed to fill up the vacant seats in class XI which are likely to be available in JNVs during 2018-19.

Online applications are invited for admission to Class XI of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of the Districts, against the vacant seats, which are likely to be available in JNVs during 2018-19. Admission will be made on the basis of performance of students in Class X Board Examinations conducted by CBSE / State or other recognised Educational Boards.

Admission in JNVs opted by the candidate will be considered subject to fulfilment of admission criteria and availability of Vacancies in JNV concerned.

Streams available in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas will be allotted to students as per the criteria decided by the Samiti which is as under:

Science Stream with Maths

  • 57% marks in Maths in Class X
  • 57% marks in Science in Class X
  • 62.5% in Science & Maths taken together in Class X
  • 62.5% in aggregate of all subjects in Class X

Science Stream without Maths

  • 50% marks in Maths in Class X
  • 57% marks in Science in Class X
  • 57% aggregate of all subjects in Class X

Commerce Stream with Maths

  • 57% marks in Maths, if Maths is offered as compulsory subject in this stream.
  • 50% aggregate of all subjects in Class X

Commerce Stream without Maths

  • 50% marks in Maths.
  • 50% aggregate of all subjects in Class X

Humanities Stream

  • All students who have passed class X

How to apply for lateral entry admission in Class-XI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas

The candidate can fill the online application form directly on NVS website www.nvshq.org from 12th June 2018 (from 24:00 Hrs). While education in the schools is free including board, lodging, uniforms and textbooks, a nominal fee of Rs. 600/- per month is collected from the students of Classes IX to XII only. However, children belonging to SC/ST, Girls and from families whose income is below poverty line (BPL) are exempted from payment of fee. In respect of wards of Govt. employees who are eligible for children education allowance, fee @ Rs.1500/- per month has to be paid. The last date to apply is 5th July 2018 (24.00 hrs).

Applications are invited against the vacant seats, if any, in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas after admitting the students who studied Class-X in JNVs. If, no vacancy is available in the JNV opted by the candidate, the application will be considered for preparing state merit list. On the basis of admission criteria, the candidate may be selected for a JNV opted by him/her.

Navodhya Vidyalaya Samiti invited Online applications for admission to Class XI of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of the Districts during the academic year 2018-19, against the vacant seats, which are likely to be available in JNVs during the academic year 2018-19. Admission will be made on the basis of performance of students in Class X Board Examination conducted by CBSE / State or other recognised Educational Boards.

The main objectives of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti as set forth in the Memorandum of Association are:

To provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture, inculcation of values, awareness of the environment, adventure activities and physical education to the talented children predominantly from the rural areas, without regard to their family’s socio-economic condition.

To ensure that all students of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti attain a reasonable level of competence in three languages as envisaged in Three Language Formula.

To serve, in each district, as focal point for improvement in the quality of school education in general, through sharing of experiences and facilities, and

To promote national integration through migration of students from Hindi to non- Hindi speaking State and vice-versa

Eligibility

Date of Birth of the candidates seeking admission to Class-XI shall be between 1st June 2000 an 31st May 2004 ( both days inclusive).

The candidate must have passed Class X during the academic session 2017-18 from a recognized school affiliated to CBSE or any other recognised State Education Board of the State where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is located.

Ration Money Allowance

RATION MONEY ALLOWANCE

As per the provisions of Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence letter No. 03(01)/2016/D(QS) dt. 31st July 2017, provision of free ration for officers of Defence Forces was discontinued in peace areas. Ration Money Allowance will be admitted by PCDA(O) by Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through individual bank accounts. Amount of Ration Money will be remitted alongwith the salary and reflected in Pay Slip as ‘Ration Money Allowance”

SOP FOR CLAIMING RATION MONEY/ RATION ALLOWANCE :

(1) Ration Money will be admitted based on the Part-II order published by the units.

(2) Ration money will be admitted as per the monthly rate of Ration Money Allowance by Govt. from time to time.

(3) The casualty will be published in the Part- II notifying casualty POSIN (Posting in) and admissible from the date of TOS (Taken on strength of new unit)

(4) Ration money will continue to be admitted till receipt of Part-II order for ‘POSOUT’/’STPRMONY’

(5) Officer on Ty. Duty is not entitled to Ration Money, however, ration money paid during ty. duty period will be adjusted by ‘T’ wing while processing the claim for temporary duty.

(6) Copy of initial Part-II order for grant of Ration Money w.e.f. 01.07.2017 should be supported with a certificate for ‘Non-drawal of Ration Money in cash or kind beyond 01.07.2017 till the date of publication of Part-II order for GTDRMONY” for grant of Ration Money by this office.

Amendment to revised Documentation Procedure for publication of Part-II Orders (Officers) for claiming Ration Money/Ration Allowance is as follows :

A new code is to be generated for Ration Money Allowance to officers posted in peace area and the same is to be published on POSIN/POSOUT, as the case may be.

iii. No free messing/ration in kind was provided for the period.

iv. The officer has not claimed, paid Daily Messing Allowance for the period for which Ration Money Allowance is claimed.
