My basic pay 01.01.16 is 9120 and 01.07.16 is 9470 , grade pay both as same 2400 which option is best for me .
What abt arrear from Jan to June 16, if option 2 is exercised as above ?? Pls suggest
What would best option for me as I am promoted to 4200 grade pay on 20 july . My basic on 1/1/2016 is 10840+2400. Please sugest me urgently
