The preparation for the next bank wage revision has gained immense momentum. Following instructions from the government to initiate talks, the All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA) has officially issued Circular Letter No. 30/7/2026/33, introducing a digital methodology to gather direct grassroots inputs for the 13th Bipartite Settlement.
To make the process fully democratic and transparent, the apex union has launched a direct online submission system. This framework allows individual bank employees and general members across India to voice their personal expectations and suggestions directly to the leadership, helping shape the core charter of demand using a dedicated Google Form or by scanning an official QR code.

All India Sub-Committee Actively Reviewing Submissions
According to the circular signed by C.H. Venkatachalam, General Secretary of AIBEA, the central office has already formed its specialized All India Sub-Committee. This panel is tasked with reviewing, sorting, and analyzing all individual technical suggestions and organizational proposals received from the workforce to formulate a comprehensive charter of demand blueprint.
While individual state federations and bank-wise unions have been independently requested to collect and forward their consolidated administrative views, the launch of the direct digital link ensures that every worker can contribute directly to the draft charter of demand parameters.

How Bank Employees Can Submit Charter of Demand Inputs Online
Bank employees can access the official 13th BPS collection dashboard and submit their key points for the upcoming charter of demand through two primary methods provided by the central office:
- Direct Digital Link: Members can fill out their comprehensive suggestions by visiting the official feedback form at:

The collective data generated from this mass digital drive will serve as the core bedrock for finalizing the union’s charter of demand strategy. This finalized document will represent the workforce when formal negotiations officially begin with the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA)
