Dear Comrades,
Unwanted queries are being pouring in this office; regarding payment of 7th CPC based salaries from current month or otherwise.
There should not be any doubt that salary for the month of July onward will be based on 7th CPC recommendations approved by the government on 29th June, 2016 with only change that, all the allowances, as admissible at present, will continue till report of various committees set up for different purposes are finalized. Gazette Notification for the same is expected today or early next week.
Please disseminate this information down the line, so that direct queries from AIRF Office should stop.

FM declared that HRA would be paid at the prevailing scale, I.e old rates. NJAC should have insisted that HRA should be paid on vii CPC scales till the committee on allowances finalises it. As a result of NJAC ‘s acceptance of this, staff will lose HRA benefits for 4-5 months, because HRA arrears are not payable under any circumstances! This has not been considered unfortunately by NJAC.

I was retired on superannuation on 31 Mar 2008. My basic pension is Rs.8355 and after deduction of cummutation amt of Rs.3240 my residual pension is Rs.5015. plz clarify what will be my basic pension and residual pension on implementation of 7th P.C ?
