How to calculate the 7th CPC Salary?
The 7th CPC salary is calculated from your basic pay (including grade pay) as of 31.12.2015, then multiplied with a Fitment factor of 2.57. The next step is to go to Pay Matrix Table and select the Level corresponding to Grade Pay. Check the calculator above
What is the Minimum Pay after the 7th CPC?
The minimum pay is Rs18,000 per month
What is Pay Matrix?
7th Pay Commission introduced the pay matrix table to incorporate all these features: subsuming the grade pay, the rationalized matrix presents the whole universe of pay levels in one simple chart.
The levels have been rationalized too, displaying a logical pay progression. Employees would be able to see their pay level, where they fit in, and how they are likely to progress over their career span.

TA is not increasing after DA 50% why your are not showing in salary calculator.? if any reason kindly clarify me.

It is given that HRA will be revised to 10%, 20% and 30% when DA crosses 50% but not when reaches 50%.

I don’t think they will issue separate OM regarding HRA because it’s already in 7th CPC OM

How the HRA is calculated…. My basic is 21700 into 1900Gradepay now

The rates of HRA will not be less than Rs.5400/-, 3600/- & 1800/- at X, Y & Z class cities respectively.
The rates of HRA will be revised to 27% 18% & 9% for X, Y & Z class cities respectively when Dearness Allowance (DA) crosses 25% and further revised to 30%, 20% & 10% when DA crosses 50%.
