Subject: Extension of time limit for forwarding of 7th CPC Anomalies for consideration in the National anomaly Committee – regarding
The undersigned is directed to say that in partial modification of this Department’s Office Memorandum of even no. dated 16.08.2016, the time limits for receipt and disposal of anomalies, as mentioned in paragraph 5 of the Office Memorandum are amended as under:
(i) The time limit for receipt of anomalies is extended by three months from the date of expiry of receiving anomalies i.e. from 15.2.2017 to 15.5.2017; and
(ii) The time limit for disposal of anomalies is extended by three months from the date of expiry of one year from the date of its constitution i.e. from 15.08.2017 to 15.11.2017.
2. This issues with the concurrence of Department of Expenditure.

Sir My promotion date is 1 Aug 2017 and if I take promotion as per 7th pay pay will be 41300 after upgrading from 2800 to 4200 whereas if I take my promotion pay fixation as per 6 the pay my pay will be 45000 . Big loss with this pay commission .how can I opt the older ie. 6th pay option till my promotion and my pay is to be fixed at par with 7th pay from my promotion date ie 01 Aug 2017.

Very big anomaly with me : my grade pay less than the my Juniors in the same Office & same cadre as a LDC: I am a senior in the post of LDC I select from the departmental competitive examination my appointment January,1996 & my Junior pointed as on April, 1996 after 12 yrs. regulars Service my junior taking ACP grade pay Rs. 2400/-in the year 2008 and I was not fit for ACP as per our administration. than 2009 under MACP I am taking Rs.2000/- from the beginning I am feeling unjustified with me in the 6 th pay commission. but I was hopeful with 7th CPC. So kindly remove this anomaly of Grade pay or pay of Senior with juniors. dont give me a more pay than juniors but satisfied equal pay with Juniors. what a joke with seniors therefore requested to you think seriously on this matter and do the needful/ help me on justification about this matter in the 7th CPC, (I think Anomaly cases rules was very betters & justified of 5th CPC)……thanking you…
